All pricing, features, and availability are subject to modification at any time and without prior notification. Purchases may be processed directly through the Prophood website or by authorized third-party vendors and partners (including white-label affiliates).
Before confirming any transaction, you are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable terms, conditions, and associated policies.
Completion of Purchase
By finalizing a purchase, you acknowledge that NBS Tech Ltd. and the Prophood platform are not liable for any claims or disputes related to that transaction. Once payment is successfully processed and confirmed, the purchased digital content, service, subscription, or access will be provided to you accordingly.
Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. NBS Tech Ltd. does not issue refunds or cancellations for any purchased services, subscriptions, or products — including, but not limited to, digital goods, membership plans, or platform access.
High-Risk Purchases
If our payment partners or fraud-prevention systems classify your transaction as high risk, you may be asked to submit additional documentation or verification within 24 hours of receiving a request. Failure to provide the requested information in time may lead to temporary suspension or permanent revocation of access to the Prophood Services.
Please note that submitting verification documents does not guarantee reinstatement or removal of high-risk status. Eligibility for continued access remains at the sole discretion of NBS Tech Ltd.
Early Performance and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
By accepting the Terms and Conditions of NBS Tech Ltd. and/or this Refund Policy, you explicitly authorize NBS Tech Ltd. to begin fulfilling its contractual obligations immediately — even before the statutory withdrawal or “cooling-off” period expires. You acknowledge and agree that once service delivery or performance has commenced, your legal right to withdraw or cancel the purchase will be forfeited.
